Was provided with wrong part number by your parts department staff initially. After ordering part online as directed it was shipped within 1 day. Wrong part received which necessitated a trip to your parts department (1 hour round trip). Manager not in when I arrived, staff unable to process my return. Was provided with correct number and have now reordered hopefully that which is the correct part.
So far so good. Easy to find parts.

Overall good experience shopping for parts online, but more pictures of parts from different angles are needed in the online catalog so customers can really study the parts and make sure they are ordering the right ones.
You can't use chrome to check out, you have to use internet explorer.
